Will I get the same cleaner every time?

We make every effort to assign the same dedicated cleaner to your home every visit. This consistency means your cleaner learns your preferences and your home inside out, producing better results with each visit. In cases of illness or scheduling conflicts, we'll always notify you in advance.

Can I skip or cancel a scheduled clean?

Absolutely. We operate with no long-term contracts. You can skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel your service at any time — no fees, no penalties. We ask for 48 hours notice for any cancellations when possible.
