Every team member undergoes a comprehensive screening process including criminal background checks, reference verification, and in-person training before entering a customer's home. We only hire people we'd trust in our own homes.
Will I get the same cleaning team every visit?
We make every effort to send the same team to your home for recurring cleans. Consistency matters — your regular team learns your preferences, your home's specific needs, and earns your trust over time. If a substitution is ever necessary, we'll let you know in advance.
Are your cleaners bonded and insured?
Yes. Pure Cleaners is fully bonded and insured. This means you're protected against any accidental damage or theft. Our insurance coverage gives you complete peace of mind every time our team visits your home.
Booking & Scheduling
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don't need to be home. Many of our clients provide a key or door code and let us do our work while they're at the office, running errands, or simply out enjoying their day. All of our team members are thoroughly vetted and trusted professionals.
How often can you clean my home?
We offer flexible frequencies: weekly, biweekly (every two weeks), monthly, and one-time cleans. Most families find biweekly to be the sweet spot between freshness and budget. We'll help you choose the right frequency during your free quote consultation.
How do I reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment?
To reschedule, simply call us at (301) 793-6561 or send a message through our contact page. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. We understand that life happens, and we're always happy to work with you to find a new time that suits your schedule.
What if my scheduled clean falls on a holiday?
If your clean falls on a major holiday, we'll contact you in advance to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. We operate on most holidays but strive to be respectful of our team's time with their families as well. You'll always know in advance if a change is needed.
What should I do to prepare before the cleaners arrive?
To get the most out of your clean, we recommend picking up clutter from floors and surfaces (toys, clothing, papers) so our team can focus on actual cleaning rather than tidying. Secure any fragile or valuable items, make sure pets are comfortable or secured, and leave out any special instructions. That's it

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Pure Cleaners arrives fully equipped with all eco-friendly cleaning products, tools, and equipment needed for your clean. If you have specific products you'd like us to use instead, we're happy to accommodate that too — just let us know in advance.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers our Pure Precision Checklist™ — all the regular cleaning tasks across every room. A deep clean goes further: inside appliances, inside cabinets, detailed baseboards, behind furniture, scrubbing grout, and more intensive attention to built-up grime. We recommend starting with a deep clean for new clients, then maintaining with standard recurring cleans.
Do you clean commercial spaces and offices?

Can pets be home during the cleaning?
Yes We love pets and use only pet-safe, non-toxic products. We do ask that pets who are anxious around strangers or tend to interfere with cleaning be secured in a safe space during the visit — for their comfort and for our team's ability to clean thoroughly. How much does a cleaning service cost?
Pricing varies based on your home size, the type of service (standard, deep, move in/out), frequency, and any add-ons. We don't publish fixed prices because every home is different — instead, we provide a personalized, transparent quote with no hidden fees. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, ACH bank transfer, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is typically processed after each service is completed. For recurring clients, we offer convenient auto-pay options.

Policies
What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If you're not happy with any aspect of your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we'll send a team back to re-clean the area in question — at no charge to you. This is our Pure Promise and we honor it without question. We want you to be completely delighted with every visit.
What if something gets missed during my clean?
Contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right. Our Pure Promise covers any items on our checklist that were missed. We take our Pure Precision Checklist™ seriously, and if we fall short, we come back and fix it — no charge, no debate.
What if something is damaged during the cleaning?
Our team handles your belongings with the utmost care. In the rare event that something is accidentally damaged, contact us immediately. We are fully bonded and insured, which means accidental damages are covered. We'll work with you promptly to repair or replace the item.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our team's reserved time. Emergencies are always handled with understanding — just give us a call at (301) 793-6561.
What if one of your cleaners is injured in my home?
Pure Cleaners carries full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. In the unlikely event of an injury on your property, our insurance handles it — you are fully protected and bear no liability. This is one of the key benefits of hiring a licensed, insured professional cleaning company versus an independent contractor.
Do your cleaners accept tips?
Tips are never expected but always appreciated. If your team did an exceptional job, a tip is a wonderful way to show your gratitude. You can tip in cash directly to the team or add a tip when paying by card. 100% of tips go directly to the cleaning professionals who served you.

Are your cleaning products truly safe for kids and pets?
